Refund Policy

Please read this policy before placing any order.

 

1. Online Payments

• If the product is delivered and the package is opened or damaged, no refund or cancellation will be processed.

• If you paid online and refuse delivery, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded within 7 working days, after deduction of shipping charges.
  
   

2. COD Orders

• COD orders require 10% advance payment.

• If you deny delivery, the order is canceled and no refund is issued.

• If the courier cannot reach you and the parcel is returned, a 10% refund of the total order amount will be issued within 7 working days.
