Refund Policy

Please read this policy before placing any order.
1. Online Payments

If the product is delivered and the package is opened or damaged, no refund or cancellation will be processed.

If you paid online and refuse delivery, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded within 7 working days, after deduction of shipping charges.
2. COD Orders

COD orders require 10% advance payment.

If you deny delivery, the order is canceled and no refund is issued.

If the courier cannot reach you and the parcel is returned, a 10% refund of the total order amount will be issued within 7 working days.
Note: If for any reason you don’t like the shoes, or there’s a sizing issue, or any other condition, refunds will not be given. The parcel will be exchanged or replaced. You must book the parcel for return and pay the shipping charges. The shipping charges for sending the exchanged or replacement parcel back to you will be paid by us.
