4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be confirmed only after full or partial payment (in case of COD).

  • Payment methods include:

    • UPI

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) with conditions

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraud.

     

5. Shipping

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the location.

  • Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

  • Accurate shipping address and contact details must be provided.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • For online payments, refusal to accept the delivery will result in deduction of shipping charges before refund (if applicable).

  • COD orders require 10% advance. If the customer denies delivery, no refund will be issued.

     

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including logos, text, images, product designs, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Ovimoda.

  • Any reproduction, copying, or misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • You are prohibited from using the site or its content to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Upload malicious code or viruses
